ON THE PROCEDURE FOR REFUNDING PAYMENTS
OF THE INTERNET SERVICE

(Appendix No. 1 to the Public Agreement (Offer) of the Internet Service en.pro.smmtouch.store)

These Regulations on the procedure for refunding payments of the Internet Service en.pro.smmtouch.store govern the grounds, terms and procedure for the refund of funds paid by Users.

These Regulations apply to all contractual relations arising between the User and the Administration within the Service.

Pursuant to clause 6.3 of the Service's Public Agreement (Offer), the service shall be deemed rendered in the absence of a reasoned refusal by the User to accept the rendered services.

If the User is dissatisfied with the quality of the rendered services, the User may submit a claim to the Administration setting out the reasons and grounds for a refund of funds prepaid by the User for the ordered services.

A refund of funds is possible solely in cases of improper provision of services by the Administration.

The User may send claim letters concerning the improper quality of services to the Administration's official email address - info@en.pro.smmtouch.store.

After receiving a request from the User, the Administration shall consider it and provide the User with a response. If the Administration considers the User's claims lawful and justified, the Administration may refund the paid funds to the User. Funds shall be refunded using the payment details from which such funds were paid. In addition, the Administration is entitled to withhold a commission fee of 10% of the payment amount for transferring funds to the User.

In cases where the User has ordered a service in error and such service has not been rendered by the Administration, the User has the right to request the Administration to refund the erroneously paid funds. The Administration shall consider the User's request and provide a response within ten days. In the event of a positive decision by the Administration, the funds shall be refunded using the payment details from which they were paid to the Administration, less any commission costs that may arise in connection with the refund.

Any other disputes concerning the quality of the rendered services and the User's request for a refund (in full or in part) of the paid funds shall be resolved out of court.
